The Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail is absolutely beautiful. It's a serene sanctuary that reminds visitors to appreciate the unique wonders of God's creation. The first 4 miles of the trail are usable by strollers and wheelchairs. You will see rock cliffs, waterfalls, creeks, trees of many kinds, ponds, wooden bridges and beautiful colors.I pushed the younger kids in the double stroller and let my 5 year old ride his bike. We took a picnic lunch to eat at one of the many resting benches. We can't wait to go back, and we'll definitely be taking out-of-town guests to visit the trail!
